pklv Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this Agreement have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The pklv website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" — Any person who has opened an account on or is using the pklv platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal gaming account registered on the pklv platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or additional credit provided by pklv.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The betting condition that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account on the pklv platform and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and be legally able to participate in online gaming under local law.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making financial decisions.
• You may only hold one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• You are playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

pklv may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Account activity may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account with pklv, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if any information provided at registration changes.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the pklv support team immediately.

• Always log out from public devices after logging in.
• Never share your login details with family members or friends.
• Change your password regularly.
• Stay alert to phishing or fraudulent messages — pklv will never ask for your password by email.

5 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time. pklv also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account for specific reasons, including:

• Breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

6 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the pklv platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposited funds can only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

7 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings and remaining balance:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

8 Welcome Bonus

pklv offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — start with a total of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — a total of ৳18,000.

This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.

9 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible to withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• The deadline for completing wagering begins from the date the bonus is credited to the account.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may contribute a limited amount toward wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.

10 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one bonus to another.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• A bonus may only be used in your own account.
• pklv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated and the bonus forfeited.

11 VIP Tier System

pklv's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits and privileges. Cashback is generally credited to your account on a weekly basis.

12 Fair Play Rules

All users must play honestly and in accordance with fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Using fake accounts or identities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system.

Breaching these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

13 Cricket and Sports Betting Rules

pklv allows betting on cricket and various other sports. The following applies to sports betting:

• Bet outcomes are determined based on official match results.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If the betting system goes down during a match due to technical reasons, pklv will settle bets at its sole discretion.
• If there are allegations of match fixing, settlement of the related bet may be put on hold.

14 Responsible Gaming

pklv believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to maintain healthy and safe gaming habits.
